There is a real tree called the rainbow eucalyptus, with rainbow colors on its trunk. The tree’s bark sheds over time and reveals a natural work of art.

The rainbow eucalyptus trunk is multicolored, with areas of purple, brown, orange, blue, and green. They are usually found in regions in Africa and the Philippines. These trees can grow in temperate regions such as places around the equator.

The rainbow eucalyptus can grow up to 190 to 240 feet tall. This tree can grow anywhere between sea level and an elevation of up to 5,900 feet. It is native to rainforests in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. They originate from the island of Mindanao. The rainbow eucalyptus also grows in Brazil as well as warm parts of the United States, like Florida and Hawaii.

This colorful tree is endangered, but there are efforts to preserve the rainbow eucalyptus. This unique tree species' livelihood faces many challenges, such as climate change and human activity in its natural habitat. Some efforts to preserve the trees include conservation and laws to protect them. Continuing efforts in conservation and sustainable management are essential to allow for the survival of these trees into future generations.
